As a father himself to a teenage son, James understands the importance of quality education and childcare, and this is why Three Little Birds’ nurseries are designed to be an extension of parents’ homes – offering a safe happy and inspiring environment to support families through their busy and challenging lives.
James extends The Three Little Birds mantra of happiness, wellbeing, education and knowledge to his wonderful family of staff who do a grand job of delivering amazing, creative childcare every day.
He is renowned for telling ‘dad jokes daily which everyone finds hilarious (of course!)

Joint CEOEdward was the Head of Property and Facilities for Asquith Nurseries for 5 years. His key focus was running a £12m capital program focusing on new acquisitions and nursery building re-fits – from brand new builds to £2m extensions. Alongside this Edward built and managed a team of 12, including a garden refit team to design and build the next generation of gardens. Edward also created a new bespoke Asquith brand for the nurseries which was implemented in new sites and acquisitions. Previous to this Edward was a quality and standards manager for 4 years looking after the health and safety of 30 children’s nurseries, from all aspects including audits, training, reporting and RIDDOR. He is currently the co-owner director of Bambini Recruitment – an Early Years bespoke recruitment company. …

Charlotte Gould
Operations DirectorCharlie has worked within the childcare sector for over 16 years and has a background and passion for performing arts specialising in teaching dance for the Early Years. During her 10 years at Asquith Day Nurseries she successfully achieved a ‘top ten’ day nurseries award in the East of England and achieved three personal Ofsted Outstanding gradings. Charlie then furthered her career and managed multiple settings within the Asquith portfolio. Charlie’s proudest achievement is her son who is aged 12 and a passionate boxer. She spends her weekends and spare time training and supporting his fitness and training plans. …

Principal at Muswell Hill PreschoolChloe joined our team in December 2019 and whilst waiting for the opening of The Muswell Hill Preschool was inducted at one of our other nurseries. She is a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner with over 9 years experience in a wide range of early years settings . She has worked her way up over that time with increasing responsibilities and leadership roles. She prioritizes building secure, safe relationships based on trust and consistency and uses best practice as a basis to ensure children`s emotional and social development are at the core of all learning experiences. She has always been inspired by her Mum who is an executive headteacher Chloe hopes to follow in her footsteps in the future.
Chloe is enjoying having the opportunity to lead a whole nursery team and help steer the course of our brand new nursery.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, and travelling to different countries. She also enjoy walking and attending spin classes.
