Prior to joining the Muswell Hill team, Hannah, an experienced Principal, was based at our  Winchmore Hill Preschool where she served as both Vice Principal and then Principal for over a year. It had always been Hannah’s desire to open the Muswell Hill Preschool, having grown up and lived in Muswell Hill so it was like coming home for Hannah when she moved over to help set up the nursery.

Hannah brings a wealth of experience to her role having worked in the childcare sector since qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art. Hannah continued her professional development completing an Early Years Initial Teacher training programme more recently.

She begun her early years career as an art teacher, teaching children from 3 months to five years old and has a real passion for the arts. Hannah believes the huge importance of teaching the arts in early years widens children’s interests and promotes their development in all areas of the curriculum.

Over the past few years, Hannah has worked with Middlesex University and Harringay Early Years Team to train early years practitioners in teaching visual arts to under 5’s and has been instrumental in leading on training at Muswell Hill.

Since stepping into a management role, Hannah has worked hard to inject her love for the arts into each setting she has worked at and strives to continue doing so alongside her other management duties.
